Candace Nees, Senior Talent Optimization Consultant at Williams, is an accomplished talent professional with over 20 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Candace is responsible for implementing talent management strategies that enable Williams to develop, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Candace specializes in talent management, leadership development, systems administration and curriculum design. Candace has served on multiple volunteer committees professionally and in the community and has a passion for event planning and logistics. She holds a BS in Human Environmental Sciences from Oklahoma State University as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification and many other leadership development content certifications. She resides in Tulsa with her husband, Jeremy, where they are enjoying watching their blended family of 5 kids (ranging in age from 21-27) flourish in their own endeavors.
